The HRC Judges/Handlers Seminar covers the test requirements and judging criteria retrievers running in the Started, Seasoned, Finished and Upland categories. The seminar is required every 3 years for licenesed HRC judges and is open to any HRC member. It is taught by a HRC Field Representative and is given usually once a year in each region. Attendees learn what a retriever is required to do and how performance may be judged in each hunt test category.
